That said, no two dogs are exactly the same. Factors such as age, severity of joint or soft tissue issues, prior injuries, and overall health can all influence how a dog responds to natural supplementation. In some cases, a dog may be beyond the point where nutritional support alone can make a meaningful difference.

If that happens, we believe in doing right by you — because your dog’s story matters, and so does your experience with us.

If you do not see an improvement in your dog’s comfort or mobility after 45 days of consistent use, you may return the container for a full refund of the purchase price of the product.

To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee:

  • Forte Flex K9 must be fed daily for a full 45 days, following the recommended directions on the label

  • The guarantee applies to effectiveness and response, not taste preference
    (Individual taste preferences vary, and refunds are not issued based on palatability alone)


How to Request a Refund

Before returning your product, please email us at sales@forteflexk9.com to let us know you are requesting a refund because Forte Flex K9 did not provide the desired results for your dog’s specific issue.

When returning the product, please include your full name and order number inside the package so we can properly identify and process your refund without delay.

Once your return has been shipped, we strongly recommend emailing us the tracking information so we can keep an eye out for your package.


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and verified, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt.

Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund posts.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
