How the Dog Mobility Challenge Works
- Step 1: Submit the Application
Complete the form below and tell us about your dog, their joint or soft tissue concerns, and why you would like to participate in the Forte Flex K9 dog mobility challenge.
- Step 2: Share Your Dog’s Story
Next, send a short video showing how your dog moves during daily activities such as walking, standing up, or climbing stairs. This helps us understand your dog’s current comfort and mobility level.
- Step 3: Get Selected
Each month, we carefully review applications and then select five dogs to participate in the 30-day Forte Flex K9 Challenge. If your dog is chosen, then you will receive free product and clear instructions for daily use.
